CONTACT FORM SETUP (5 minutes)
1. cPanel > Email Accounts > Create: info@tamuconsultants.co.tz (skip if it exists). Note its password.
2. Open config.php in this folder and replace PUT_MAILBOX_PASSWORD_HERE with that password.
   Check 'host' matches cPanel > Email Accounts > Connect Devices (usually mail.tamuconsultants.co.tz).
3. Upload the whole folder (send.php, config.php, phpmailer/, .htaccess and all pages) to public_html.
4. Send a test from the live contact page. Check the inbox of info@tamuconsultants.co.tz.
If it fails: set 'debug' => true in config.php, send again, and read the DEBUG message on the page.
Common fixes: port 587 with 'tls'; use the host name shown in Connect Devices; correct password.
Set 'debug' back to false when it works.
